Shanti Memorial College of Education is committed to continuous institutional growth and academic excellence through a well-planned strategic and prospective approach. The college aims to strengthen teacher education, enhance teaching-learning practices, promote research and innovation, and develop modern educational infrastructure.
Key Strategic Priorities:
- Academic Excellence: Improve the quality of teacher education through innovative, learner-centred, and outcome-based teaching practices.
- Faculty Development: Encourage continuous professional development, workshops, seminars, and training programmes for faculty members.
- Research & Innovation: Promote research activities, publications, action research, and innovative practices in education.
- Technology Integration: Strengthen ICT-enabled teaching, digital learning resources, and technology-based educational practices.
